These terms govern shopping with Dirty South Tease at dirtysouthtease.com. In these terms, 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' mean Dirty South Tease, the store operator. Shopify hosts the store and provides commerce technology. Print and dropshipping partners help fulfill orders. Contact us at dirtysouthtease@gmail.com with questions about these terms or an order.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or use the store with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law. Provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information. Do not use the store for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, infringement, malicious software, unauthorized access, or interference with the store. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and notifying us of suspected misuse.

Products and descriptions

We sell made-to-order printed merchandise, supplier-fulfilled merchandise, and digital or custom products as identified in their listings. Listings describe the included item, material, size options, and relevant purchase conditions. Unless expressly included, accessories or other pieces shown in a styled scene are sold separately or are for inspiration. Product mockups are illustrative. Some campaign imagery and music are AI-generated or AI-assisted. Screen colors and minor manufacturing variations may differ, but this does not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions, defects, or delivery of the wrong product. Review the product's size chart and included-item details before ordering.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown in the checkout total before payment. You authorize the payment method used for your order and represent that you may use it. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock shortage, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing or pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for an item we cannot provide. We will not replace an item, increase its price, or impose additional charges without your agreement. Changes to future prices do not alter an already accepted order.

Fulfillment, shipping, returns, and cancellations

Products may be made or shipped by Printify print providers, Trendsi, or another identified fulfillment partner. One order may have several packages and delivery dates. We remain responsible for handling customer service and the remedies we owe you; our supplier arrangements do not replace your rights against us. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms and should be reviewed before purchase. Product-specific terms disclosed before purchase supplement those policies. Mandatory consumer law prevails over inconsistent wording. A later policy update does not retroactively remove the terms or rights that applied to your order.

Personalized products and customer submissions

For custom orders, supply accurate text, names, dates, instructions, and any material we need by the agreed time. You must own or have permission to use submitted images, lyrics, recordings, trademarks, and personal stories, including any consent needed from identifiable people. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive material. You give us a limited permission to use your submission to create, fulfill, and support your order, including sharing necessary material with production providers for that purpose. This is not permission to publicly use your private story or custom product as advertising. We will obtain separate permission where needed. A delayed customer submission or approval may change the agreed delivery schedule, which we will communicate.

Digital downloads, songs, and licenses

Digital purchases are licensed for personal use unless a listing expressly provides a commercial license. You may use the delivered file for the permitted personal purpose, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim exclusive ownership of third-party material. Custom songs are AI-assisted and reviewed before delivery. We do not promise copyright eligibility, exclusivity of AI-generated elements, commercial clearance, streaming distribution rights, or celebrity likeness or voice rights unless expressly agreed and legally available. The listing controls the deliverable, turnaround, and included revisions. Delivery problems or a material failure to meet the agreed description remain subject to correction or an appropriate refund.

Store content and third-party links

Store branding, original designs, photography, text, and other protected materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights beyond the stated license. Links may lead to independent retailers or platforms; purchases made on those sites are governed by their checkout terms and policies. We may earn a commission from clearly disclosed affiliate links. A linked retailer's product is not a Dirty South Tease order unless purchased through our checkout.

Privacy and order communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may send transactional communications needed to fulfill and support your order. Marketing messages are subject to the consent and opt-out requirements that apply; placing an order does not override those requirements. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to your order.

Availability, liability, and consumer protections

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and occasional errors can occur. Contact us if an issue affects your purchase so we can resolve it. To the extent applicable law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your purchase was made. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any non-waivable statutory warranty, consumer protection, or remedy. We do not disclaim our obligation to deliver the goods or services you purchased as described.

Disputes and updates

Please contact dirtysouthtease@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or any non-waivable consumer right. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules determine the rights and forum available to you. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the revision date. The terms provided at the time of your order govern that order unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
