Store and fulfillment
Dirty South Tease is the seller for purchases completed through our checkout. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Independent production and fulfillment partners, including Printify print providers and dropshipping suppliers, may manufacture or ship products directly to customers. These arrangements do not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
Product information and creative content
Individual listings identify what is included in a purchase. Accessories and other items in styled scenes are not included unless expressly stated. Some campaign imagery, product mockups, and music are AI-generated or AI-assisted. Illustrative imagery does not replace the product specifications or excuse a materially inaccurate description.
Intellectual property
Our original branding, designs, text, and other protected content belong to the business operator or the applicable rights holders. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights beyond any license expressly included with the product.
External links and affiliate relationships
Our website may contain links to independent retailers or services. Where a link is an affiliate link, we disclose that relationship and may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase. Purchases completed on another retailer’s website are subject to that retailer’s terms and customer service policies.
Applicable policies
Purchases through our checkout are subject to the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable Privacy Policy presented by our store. Nothing in this notice excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions or concerns
Contact dirtysouthtease@gmail.com about an order, website content, or a rights concern. Include enough information for us to identify and investigate the issue.
